INDICATION:
Supertrim is useful for the treatment of bacterial infections due to Sulfadiazine and Trimethoprim sensitive organism of chickens, turkeys, horses, cattle and sheep especially of the respiratory, urinary and alimentary tracts.
Dosage & Administrations:
Chickens :
1g per 4.5 Litres of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Salmonella spp. Infections.
3g per 4.5 Litres of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Turkeys :
15g per 500kg live weight daily in drinking water for 3-5 days.
Horses, Cattle & Sheep :
62.5 mg per kg body weight daily.
Withdrawal Period:
Meat: Do not slaughter for hum consumption for the following periods after the last treatment ; Poultry , Turkeys, Cattle and Sheep 14 days.
Horses– 28 days.
Milk : Do not use in lactating or pregnant cows/ewes where milk or milk products may be used for human consumption.
Eggs: Do not use in birds, which are producing or may in the future produce eggs or egg products for human consumption.
